TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION FOR MINORS

Procedure that can be requested by Bolivian citizens who need to authorize the travel of their minor child.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Presence of both parents.
  • Valid ID or Passport of parent(s)/Guardian(s)
  • Valid ID or Passport of minors traveling to Bolivia
  • ID or Passport number of the proxy traveling with the minor(s)

P-3 Drafting of Power of Attorney for any of the following procedures: REJAP (Criminal Records), travel authorizations for minors, SENASIR, AFPs (Does not include war veterans or widows of war veterans).  $15.00



CERTIFICATE OF LIVING

Requirements to obtain a Life Certificate for retirement pensions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid passport or identity card
  • Proof of Residency: Address where you live, whether temporarily or permanently
  • SECTOR from which collects assets 
  • Must be personally present at the General Consulate of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to be fingerprinted
  • This process is free and is issued every three months (January, February and March) (April, May and June) (July, August and September) (October, November and December).

POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR COLLECTION OF RETIREMENT PENSIONS

Requirements for Power of Attorney to collect retirement pension payments.

  • Valid ID or Passport
  • Have proxy details (Full Name, Identification Number and address)
  • Cost is $ us. 15.00 

Requirements for Power of Attorney to collect pension for war veterans or widows of war veterans

  • Valid ID or Passport
  • Have your proxy details (Full Name, Identification Number and address) 
  • Cost: free

POWER OF ATTORNEY

For Special Power of Attorney, Wills and other notarial acts.
To obtain a power of attorney to be valid in Bolivia, the grantor has to personally come to the Bolivian Consulate with the following documents:

2. Fotocopia legalizada del Poder o legalización de firma en la traducción de Poder para persona extranjera.  $50.00
